This Consulting Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective as of October 1, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between ENERGY FUELS INC., having an office at 225 Union Blvd., Suite 600, Lakewood, CO 80228 (herein referred to as “Company”), and LIVIAKIS FINANCIAL COMMUNICATIONS, INC., a California corporation, having its headquarters at 655 Redwood Hwy., Suite 395, Mill Valley, CA (herein referred to as “Consultant”). Company and Consultant are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
