THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) dated as of the 24th day of June 2022, to take effect as of August 1, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc., a Delaware corporation (“EFRI”), Energy Fuels Inc., an Ontario corporation (“EFI”) (EFRI and EFI are collectively referred to herein as the “Company”) and John L. Uhrie (“Employee”).
