THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is effective as of the 31st day of March 2023 (the "Effective Date"), by and between Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc., a Delaware corporation ("EFRI"), Energy Fuels Inc., an Ontario corporation ("EFI") (EFRI and EFI are collectively referred to herein as the "Company") and Curtis H. Moore ("Employee").
