SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of April 6, 2018, among the party identified in the signature page of this Supplemental Indenture as a Guaranteeing Subsidiary (the "Guaranteeing Subsidiary") which is a direct or indirect subsidiary of LKQ Corporation (or its permitted successor), a Delaware corporation (the “Issuer”), the Issuer, the other Guarantors (as defined in the Indenture referred to herein) and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee under the Indenture referred to below (the “Trustee”).
