AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of July 31, 2006, among EL PASO CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), COLORADO INTERSTATE GAS COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (“CIG”), EL PASO NATURAL GAS COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (“EPNGC”), TENNESSEE GAS PIPELINE COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (“TGPC”), the several banks and other financial institutions from time to time parties to this Agreement (the “Lenders”), and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.
