SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE NO. 10 dated as of January 25, 2005 (the “Supplemental Indenture”), between MACK-CALI REALTY, L.P., a limited partnership duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (herein called the “Issuer”), and WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY, a Delaware banking corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, as Trustee (herein called the “Trustee”).
