This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) between United RENTALS, INC., a Delaware corporation, having a principal place of business at 100 First Stamford Place - Suite 700, Stamford, CT 06902 (United Rentals, Inc. and its subsidiaries, parents and other affiliates are referred to collectively as the “Company”), and JESSICA GRAZIANO (“Employee”) is hereby entered into as of the date identified below. It cancels and supersedes all prior agreements with respect to the subject matter hereof.
