THIS CERTIFIES THAT CEDE & CO. is the registered owner of a beneficial interest in the Trust Fund referred to below consisting of a pool of adjustable-rate mortgage loans secured by first liens on one- to- four-family residential real properties (the "Mortgage Loans") and certain other property held in trust transferred to the Trust Fund by Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp. (the "Depositor"), and certain related property.
