This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is effective as of April 3, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Christopher W. Walters (the “Executive”) and Avantax, Inc. (the “Company”). This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety the Prior Employment Agreement (as defined below) effective as of the Effective Date.
