THIS STOCK REPURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of March 13, 2024 by and between Red River Bancshares, Inc., a Louisiana corporation (the “Company”), Angela Katherine Simpson Irrevocable Trust UA 25-NOV-03 (the “Angela Trust”) and John Charles Simpson Jr. Irrevocable Trust UA 25-NOV-03 (the “John Trust” and, together with the Angela Trust, the “Selling Stockholders”). Each of the Company and the Selling Stockholders are sometimes individually referred to as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
