This Settlement Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective September 21, 2005 (the “Effective Date”), by and among, Medinol Ltd. (“Medinol”), Jacob Richter and Judith Richter (together with Medinol, the “Medinol Parties”), Boston Scientific Corporation (“BSC”), Boston Scientific Limited (“BSL”, formerly known as Boston Scientific Ireland Limited), and Boston Scientific SciMed, Inc. (“BSSI”) (each a “Party”, and collectively the “Parties”).
