This Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 31st day of January, 2008 by and among Bridgeline Software, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with a principal place of business at 10 Sixth Road, Woburn, Massachusetts 01801 (“Bridgeline Software”), Tenth Floor, Inc.
