THIS OPTION AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is executed as of this 3rd day of May, 2017, by and between TRANSCANADA IROQUOIS LTD., a Delaware corporation ("TCIL") and TC PIPELINES INTERMEDIATE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Delaware limited partnership ("Buyer").
