THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the first day of December, 2010 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Voice Assist Inc., a Nevada public company having its principal place of business at Suite 100, 2 South Point Dr. Lake Forest, CA 92630 (the “Employer”), and Randy Granovetter, an individual currently residing in the City of Del Mar, CA (the “Employee”). As used herein, the term “Parties” shall be used to refer to the Employer and Employee jointly.
