This SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND FULL MUTUAL GENERAL RELEASE OF CLAIMS (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of March 31, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and between SPORT TECH ENTERPRISES, INC. a Nevada corporation (“Sport Tech ”), on the one hand, and STOECKLEIN LAW GROUP (“SLG”) on the other hand. Sport Tech and SLG are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
