THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of [ ] and is entered into by and between [ ] (“Executive”), and Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (“TCBI”), which is the holding company of Texas Capital Bank, N.A. (“TCB”) (TCBI and TCB collectively, the “Company”).
