THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of January 23, 2023, and is entered into by and between Robert C. Holmes (“Executive”), and Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (“TCBI”), which is the holding company of Texas Capital Bank (“TCB”) (TCBI and TCB collectively, the “Company”). The Company and Executive shall each be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
