This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Umpqua Holdings Corporation (“Parent”), Umpqua Bank (the “Company”) and Cort O’Haver (“Executive”) effective as of April 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”).
