THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT AND FIRST AMENDMENT TO GUARANTY AND COLLATERAL AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of June 26, 2015, is entered into by and among EXTREME NETWORKS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), ENTERASYS NETWORKS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Enterasys”), the several banks and other financial institutions or entities party hereto (each a “Lender” and, collectively, the “Lenders”), SILICON VALLEY BANK (“SVB”), in its capacity as both the Issuing Lender and the Swingline Lender, and SVB, as administrative agent and collateral agent for the Secured Parties (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”). Unless otherwise defined herein, terms defined in the Credit Agreement (defined below), in the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement (defined below) or in the other “Loan Documents” defined in the Credit Agreement and used herein shall have the respective meanings given to such terms in the Credit Agreement, the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement
