THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 2nd day of Nov, 2009, by and between OICco Acquisition I, Inc. whose address is 4412 8th Street SW, Vero Beach, FL 32968 (the “Client”); and the Law Offices of Harold P. Gewerter, Esq. Ltd., whose address is 2705 Airport Drive, N. Las Vegas, Nevada 89032 (the “Escrow Agent”).
