THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT dated June _____, 2010 (“Effective Date”), by and between National Intelligence Association, Inc., a Nevada corporation, with an address located at 1800 Ravinia Place, Orland Park, IL 60462, (the "Company") and Greg Farrell (the “Consultant”), an individual, with an address located at 3442 Bannerwood Drive Annandale, VA 22003. Each of the parties to this Agreement is individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
