THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT dated July 20, 2010 (“Effective Date”), by and between National Intelligence Association, Inc., a Nevada corporation, with an address located at 1800 Ravinia Place, Orland Park, IL 60462, (the "Company") and C&D Associates, Inc. (the “Consultant”), with an address located at 1701 Monmouth Place Downers Grove, IL 60516. Each of the parties to this Agreement is individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
