THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT dated April 1, 2011 (“Effective Date”), by and between National Intelligence Association, Inc., a Nevada corporation, with an address located at 1800 Ravinia Place, Orland Park, IL 60462, (the "Company") and Timothy Barton (the “Consultant”), an individual, with an address located at 34 Deer Ct. Timber Brook Estates, Geneseo, IL. 61254-9594. Each of the parties to this Agreement is individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
