THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) dated August 25, 2011, by and between Digagogo Ventures Corp., a Delaware corporation, with an address located at 645 Griswold St., Suite 3500, Detroit, Michigan 48226-4120 (the "Company") and Wayne T. Jackson, an individual, with an address located at 859 Sunningdale Drive, Bloomfield, Michigan 48302 (the “Consultant”). Each of the Parties to this Agreement is individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
