This Settlement Agreement and General Mutual Release (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of November 30, 2011, by and between, on the one hand, Yukonic Minerals Corp., a Nevada corporation (“YKMN”) and, on the other hand, Dean Law Corp. (“Attorney”). YKMN and Attorney are sometimes referred to herein as “Party” or “Parties”.
