This Common Stock Affiliate Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) made this 8th day of May, 2012, by and between, Mackie Barch (hereinafter the “Seller”) and D. Melvin Swanson (the “Buyer”), regarding the purchase of shares of common stock of Georgetown Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), and setting forth the terms and conditions upon which the Seller will sell Four Hundred Million (400,000,000) shares (the “Shares”) of common stock (the “Common Stock”) of the Company, individually owned by Seller, to Buyer.
