This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into and made effective as of the 1st day of January, 2014, by and between Parks America, Inc., a Nevada Corporation, with its principal pace of business located at 1300 Oak Grove Road, Pine Mountain, Georgia 31822 (the “Company”), and Todd R. White of 7249 Sundown Ct., Dublin, Ohio 43017 (“White”).
