THIS AGREEMENT is made effective 10/01/2011 between IceLounge Media, Inc.,(ICE) a Nevada corporation with offices at 429 W. Plumb Ln., Reno, NV 89509 (“we”, “us”, and “our”) and Moms Corner Project, a related party (“you” and “yours”). We and you are referred to collectively as “both of us” or the “parties” and individually as the party.
