This Common Stock Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective this 31st day of May, 2016 between Craig Alford (the “Buyer”) and Ruben Ricardo Vasquez (the “Seller”) regarding the purchase of shares of common stock of Oroplata Resources Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) setting forth the terms and conditions upon which the Seller will sell Twenty-Five Million (25,000,000) shares of common stock of the Company (the “Shares”) to the Buyer.
