This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is dated March 25, 2021 (“Execution Date”) and made effective on May 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Volition Veterinary Diagnostics Development, LLC, a Texas limited liability company with its office located at 13215 Bee Cave Parkway, Suite 125 Galleria Oaks B, Austin, Texas 78738 (“Company”) and Salvatore Thomas Butera (“Employee”).
