THIS AGREEMENT is effective as of the 26th day of June 2007, by and between, Disaboom, Inc., a Colorado corporation (the “Employer” or “Company”) and Lori Frisher (the “Executive”). In consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, the Employer agrees to employ the Executive and the Executive agrees to be employed by the Employer upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
