THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement"), effective as of the 1st day of June, 2005, by and between BLUE STAR ENERGY, INC., a Colorado corporation with its principal place of business located at 5525 Erindale Dr., Suite 201, Colorado Springs, CO 80918 (hereinafter referred to as "Company" or "Employer") and Bill M.
