THIS AGREEMENT is effective as of the 1st day of October, 2007, by and between, Disaboom, Inc., a Colorado corporation (the “Employer” or “Company”) and Dr. J. Glen House (the “Executive”). In consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, the Employer agrees to employ the Executive and the Executive agrees to be employed by the Employer upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
