Colorado Blvd., Suite 299, Pasadena, California 91101 ("Landlord"), and OPGEN, INC., a Delaware corporation, having an address at Suite 220, 708 Quince Orchard Road, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20878 ("Tenant").
