The undersigned (the "Subscriber") hereby tenders this subscription for the purchase of units (“Units” or “Securities”) issued by Omni Bio Pharmaceutical, Inc. (the “Company”). Each Unit consists of one share of the common stock of the Company (“Common Stock”), and one warrant to purchase a share of the common stock of the Company at an exercise price of $3.75 per share (a “Warrant”).
