THIS CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered as of September 24, 2010 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Accelerated Acquisitions XX, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Accelerated Venture Partners LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Consultant”). The Company and the Consultant may each be referred to herein as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.”
