This Executive Employment Agreement (the "Agreement"), dated November 3, 2013 is entered into by and between GrowLife, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), and John Genesi, an individual ("Executive"). Company and Executive may be referred to herein individually as a "Party" or collectively as the "Parties."
