THIS ESCROW AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September 15, 2014, by and among, Miguel Dotres ( the “Dotres”) as Selling Shareholder, NAS Acquisition , Inc., a Navada corporation (the “Company”, “Registrant”), together as (the “Client”), and BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, a North Carolina banking corporation (the “Escrow Agent”). This Agreement shall be effective as provided in Paragraph 1 below.
