This COMMON STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT is made and entered into on this 9th day of December, 2014 (this “Agreement”), by and between Global Corporate Finance, a Wyoming corporation (“Investor”), and Brazil Minerals, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Company”).
