THIS ESCROW AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of November 15, 2015, by and among, Miguel Dotres ( the "Dotres") and John Brown ("Brown") as Selling Shareholders, Whiskey Acquisition, Inc. , a Nevada corporation (the "Company", "Registrant"), together as (the "Client"), and BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, a North Carolina banking corporation (the "Escrow Agent"). This Agreement shall be effective as provided in Paragraph 1 below.
