THIS ESCROW AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of November 15, 2015, by and among, Benny Doro ("Doro"), Margeret M. McLaughlin ("McLaughlin"), Miguel Dotres ("Dotres") and Bob Bubeck ("Bubeck") as Selling Shareholders, Atlantic Acquisition, Inc. , a Nevada corporation (the "Company", "Registrant"), together as (the "Client"), and BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, a North Carolina banking corporation (the "Escrow Agent"). This Agreement shall be effective as provided in Paragraph 1 below.
