This AMENDED AND RESTATED INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of this 1st day of November, 2021, as amended and restated as of December 6, 2021, between Allspring Funds Trust (the “Trust”), a statutory trust organized under the laws of the State of Delaware with its principal place of business at 525 Market Street, 12th Floor, San Francisco, California 94105 and Allspring Funds Management, LLC (the “Manager”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware with its principal place of business at 525 Market Street, 12th Floor, San Francisco, California 94105.

This AMENDED AND RESTATED DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of November 1, 2021, as amended and restated as of December 6, 2021, by and between Allspring Funds Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) on behalf of each series of the Trust now or hereafter identified on Schedule I (each, a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”), and Allspring Funds Distributor, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Distributor”). Absent written notification to the contrary by either the Trust or the Distributor, each new investment portfolio established in the future shall automatically become a “Fund” for all purposes hereunder and shares of each new class established in the future shall automatically become “Shares” for all purposes hereunder as if set forth on Schedule I.

THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED SHAREHOLDER SERVICING AGREEMENT is made as of February 20, 2014, and is amended and restated as of December 16, 2021, by and among ALLSPRING FUNDS TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) on behalf of each series of the Trust now or hereafter identified on Schedule I (each, a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”), ALLSPRING FUNDS DISTRIBUTOR, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “AFD”) and ALLSPRING FUNDS MANAGEMENT, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“AFM”). AFD and AFM shall together be referred to as “Allspring”. Absent written notification to the contrary by either the Trust or Allspring, each new series of the Trust established in the future and for which the Service Plan (as defined below) has been adopted shall automatically become a “Fund” for all purposes hereunder as if set forth on Schedule I.

THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED FEE AND EXPENSE AGREEMENT is made as of October 3, 2008, as amended and restated as of January 1, 2022, among Allspring Funds Trust (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, for itself and on behalf of its series listed from time to time in Schedule A and B attached hereto (individually referred to as the “Fund” or collectively referred to as the “Funds”), Allspring Master Trust (“Master Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, and Allspring Funds Management, LLC (“Funds Management” or the “Adviser”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware.
