. Marketing of E-Loan Services Schwab Mortgage Website. E-Loan will create the Schwab Mortgage Website, an internet site accessible by Customers, that will have the "look and feel" of the Schwab Websites including the current navigation header, with graphical reference to E- Loan. The date the Schwab Mortgage Website is readily accessible to the general public via the Schwab Links or otherwise will be referred to as the "Launch Date". The Schwab Mortgage Website will contain various hypertext links to mortgage tools, services, and articles provided by E-Loan and shall enable Customers to, at a minimum, (a) search for rates for domestic mortgages, home equity loans, and refinancings (collectively "Loan Products") from a variety of lenders; (b) apply online for a Loan Product; and (c) prequalify for a Loan Product.
