Autovia hereby appoints Representative for the term of this Agreement, and Representative hereby agrees to act for Autovia, as Autovia's exclusive representative in Canada (the "Territory") for Autovia's Products (as hereinafter defined), subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
