This Joint Participation Agreement for the *** Play, ***, Nevada is entered into and made effective this 24th day of January 2006, by and between CHAMBERLAIN EXPLORATION DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH STRATIGRAPHIC CORPORATION, dba Cedar Strat Corporation, a Nevada corporation (hereinafter “Cedar Strat”), and EDEN ENERGY CORP. a Nevada corporation (hereinafter “Eden”). Cedar Strat and Eden may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
