This Affiliate Stock Purchase Agreement (this "Agreement"), is made as of December 12, 2006, by and between Andrea Molnar, as to 4,000,000 shares, of 125A – 1030 Denman Street, Vancouver, BC V6G 2M6 (the “Seller”) and Jacques Ninio, 104/107 Walker Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060 Australia_(the “Purchaser”).
