THIS AGREEMENT is made this 1st day of August, 2007 by and between ORAMED PHARMACEUTICALS INC., a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada, U.S.A., with an address at 2 Elza Street, Jerusalem, Israel 93706 (the ”Company”) and KNRY, Ltd (“KNRY”), an Israel company, who is to provide the services of DR. MIRIAM KIDRON, an individual residing at 6 Sichman Street, Apt. 5, Jerusalem, Israel (the “Executive”).
