This Stock Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of October 31, 2003 by and between the undersigned purchasers (each, a “Purchaser” and collectively, “Purchasers”) and Puget Energy, Inc., a Washington corporation (the “Company”). The parties agree as follows:
