Inc ., (“C&T”) a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Axion Power Corporation (“Axion”), a Canadian federal corporation (“Axion”) and Tamboril Cigar Company (“Tamboril”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware.
