THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 18th day of April, 2018 by and among Pacific WebWorks, Inc. a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), Ban Siong Ang, an individual (the "Purchaser"), and Dan Masters, who owns certain shares in the Company (the “Seller”), for the sale and purchase of an aggregate of Ten Million Two Hundred Ten Thousand Five Hundred and Seventeen (10,210,517) shares of the Company’s common stock (the “Shares”) for an aggregate of Three Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand U.S. Dollars ($335,000), representing approximately 98.91% of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company at the closing of the Securities Purchase Agreement (the "Total Purchase Price"), subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
